On Dec. 20, 2022, SocialCities s.r.l., a web agency and software house based in Imola, completed the acquisition of Mavigex s.r.l., a Bologna-based software development company.
As a consequence of this union, we will see, as early as 2023, a concentration of competencies and target areas for both entities.
Mavigex, a company with 18 years of experience, will become the point of reference for web, mobile app and IoT development for the Group, also integrating the SocialCities team of developers.
It will continue its collaboration with all current clients and its relationship with the Emilia Romagna Region as a research laboratory within the Emilia Romagna High Technology Network and within the Clust-ER Innovate project.
SocialCities s.r.l. will focus its energies on business consulting related to web marketing, website creation, e-commerce and HubSpot CRM implementations. In fact, the established partnership with the U.S. giant will remain the growth focus to provide solutions that are increasingly optimized and in step with technological changes.
Institutional roles, defined as fundamental to the growth of the entire Group, will also be maintained, with a presence on the National Council of Assintel, Confcommercio's national ICT business association.
