BeeComs is a product of the innovative SRL White Wall, based in Bologna. The project carried out by the young but virtuous Bologna-based company stems from the desire to exploit beacon technology and PRM (Proximity Relationship Marketing) to offer its customers solutions that can improve business production processes and the customer-side User Experience.

Proximity technologies for business evolution
The collaboration between BeeComs and SocialCities has developed over time, seeking to use and develop each other's know-how from a multi-sector perspective: from physical stores to trade fairs to the innovative launch of the BeeComs Healthcare platform, a project dedicated to public and private hospitals.
In particular, BeeComs Healthcare was created as a dynamic software project based on white-label logic, with a structure specifically designed and intended for use across multiple hospitals.
The integration of software, mobile app and beacon offers the possibility to take advantage of multiple services, such as:
- The ability to book hospital visits directly from home via smartphone;
- Skip check-in lines by automating the process;
- Move around the facility using the most advanced indoor navigation systems, taking advantage of antennas and beacon repeaters.
Looking to the future
SocialCities is responsible for managing many processes of software development, from design to final infrastructure, using Python and the Django framework in the back end and JavaScript (jQuery) in the front end. Through system integration processes, full alignment between new technologies and management systems is also ensured.
